Return or Exchange
Eligible item(s) for return can still be made up to 3 days after we receive notification that the item has arrived and been received by the customer, for the following reasons:
- Size exchange
- There is a defect in the product that has been received
We can still assist with product exchanges as long as the product is still available in our warehouse.
Customers will be charged shipping costs for size exchanges. Shipping costs can be paid in cash (inserted into the Wearscrubs bag when returning the item) or transferred to BCA account 8780269791 in the name of Priscilla Lavine.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
No. We do not offer refunds for purchases. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
