Size Guide

Find the right size for every Wearscrubs product. All measurements use centimeters (cm).

How to Measure Correctly

Chest Circumference

Measure around the widest part of the chest, just below the armpits. The tape should be flat, not too tight or loose.

Waist Circumference

Measure around the natural waist (the narrowest part of the torso), just above the navel.

Hip Circumference

Stand upright with feet together. Measure at the widest part of the hips and buttocks.

Top Length

Measure from the shoulder/neck junction, straight down to the desired bottom hem.

Inseam

From the crotch to the ankle. Use your favorite pair of pants as a reference.

Head Circumference (Cap)

Measure around the head just above the ears and forehead, where the cap will sit.

Tips: If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal freedom of movement during long shifts. For tops, use the chest measurement as the primary reference.

Use the shirt width & shirt length as your primary guide for selecting a size.
Wearscrubs features a relaxed fit design that allows for greater freedom of movement.

Wearscrubs pants are available in two styles: Straight cut & Jogger cut.

Wearscrubs scrub caps are available in two sizes with a back adjustment strap for optimal comfort.

How to Measure Head Circumference:

Use a flexible measuring tape. Wrap the tape around your head, placing it exactly 1–2 cm above your eyebrows and over your ears, then bring the ends together at the back of your head.

Wearing Tips:

Tuck all hair inside the cap before tying the strings. For long hair, gather it with a hair tie first before putting on the scrub cap.
