By accessing wearscrubs.id or placing an order with Wearscrubs ("we", "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before transacting.
1. Definitions
- Product: medical scrubs (tops, pants, gowns), scrub caps, and other accessories displayed on our website.
- Customer: any individual or institution (clinic, hospital, consignment partner) placing an order.
- Custom Embroidery: optional add-on for embroidering name and/or logo on tops/gowns per customer request.
2. Ordering
- Orders are placed via our website (checkout form) or official WhatsApp +62 878-8717-2220.
- An order is considered valid after payment confirmation is received and verified by an admin.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under certain conditions (e.g. out of stock, pricing errors, suspicious duplicate orders) and will refund in full within a maximum of 3 business days.
- Prices and product availability may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
3. Payment
- Payment via bank transfer to one of:

- Proof of transfer must be sent to the admin's WhatsApp along with the invoice code.
- Payment deadline: 24 hours after invoice creation. Orders are auto-canceled if the deadline passes.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is not currently supported.
4. Shipping
- Orders ship 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (for ready-stock products).
- Orders with custom embroidery require an additional ±1 week production time before shipping.
- Couriers: J&T, JNE, Lion Parcel, Sentral Cargo (outside DKI), or Gosend/Grab (within DKI). Tracking number sent via WhatsApp.
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on destination and weight. Estimates on the website are indicative; any overage will be communicated before shipment.
- Risk of damage/loss in transit is the responsibility of the courier per their respective terms.
5. Custom Embroidery
- Customers must accurately provide embroidery details: spelling of name, title, thread color, and position (right/left chest).
- For logo embroidery, customers may upload the file via our website or send via WhatsApp after ordering.
- Embroidered products CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED, except in case of obvious production defects on the embroidery (e.g. typo where the spelling submitted by the customer was correct). Spelling responsibility lies with the customer.
- Letter height for names: ±1.2 cm. Length adjusts to character count.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item, provided: the product is in new condition, label intact, unwashed, not embroidered, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless caused by us (wrong item shipped, production defect).
- Refunds only apply to custom embroidery fees that cannot be processed (e.g. the logo file does not meet production requirements). Refunds are transferred to the customer's account within 3 business days after the embroidery cancellation is confirmed. Size exchanges are item replacements, not refunds.
- Custom-embroidered products and promotional items (Consignment 30%) cannot be returned.
7. Product Warranty
We guarantee the stitching and material quality of Wearscrubs products. Warranty claims apply for:
- Stitching defects (loose, crooked) appearing within 14 days of normal use.
- Material damage not caused by customer negligence (e.g. washing with harsh chemicals).
Submit warranty claims with photos of damage and proof of purchase to the admin's WhatsApp.
8. Copyright & Content
All product photos, designs, logos, and materials on this website are the copyright of Wearscrubs. Re-use for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Product photos may be shared for personal testimonials or reviews.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wearscrubs is not liable for indirect losses arising from product use (e.g. allergic reactions to materials, damage from washing methods not recommended). Customers are encouraged to read the care instructions on the product label.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service failures due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, large-scale shipping disruptions, government policies, or internet/banking service outages. In such conditions, we will offer rescheduling or refund options as agreed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in the district court of Tangerang, Banten.
