Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible items can be returned within a maximum of 3 days after we receive notification that the item has arrived and been accepted by the customer, for the following reasons:
- Size exchange
- Product defect found upon receipt
We can still assist with product exchanges as long as stock is available in our warehouse.
Customers will be charged a shipping fee for size exchanges. The shipping fee can be paid in cash (placed inside the Wearscrubs bag when returning the item) or transferred to BCA account 8780269791 under the name Priscilla Lavine.
Can I get a Refund?
In general, we do not offer refunds for product purchases. Please review your order details carefully before completing payment. Size exchanges are item replacements, not refunds.
Exception — custom embroidery: if the embroidery you ordered and paid for via the website cannot be processed (e.g. the logo file does not meet production requirements), the embroidery fee will be fully refunded to your account.
