How do I place an order at Wearscrubs?
Choose your product, size, and color, then add to cart and check out by filling in your shipping details. After that, pay via bank transfer and send your transfer proof to our WhatsApp for confirmation.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept bank transfers to our BCA and Mandiri accounts under the name Priscilla Lavine. After transferring, send your payment proof via WhatsApp so your order can be processed.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart on our Size Guide page. Match your body measurements to the chart. If you are still unsure, contact us via WhatsApp and our team will help.
Can scrubs be embroidered with a custom name or logo?
Yes. Scrub tops can be embroidered with a custom name and logo. Select the embroidery option at checkout; an additional fee applies per item, and embroidery details are confirmed before production.
Which couriers do you use and where do you ship?
We use selected couriers based on your region, including Lion Parcel (Regular & Cargo), JNE, and J&T. We ship to major cities across Indonesia, and shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination city.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed, we send a WhatsApp notification with the tracking number so you can track your package on the courier's website.
What is your size exchange and return policy?
Products can be exchanged for a different size (not refunded) within 3 days after the order is completed, subject to stock availability. Refunds only apply to defective or rejected embroidery. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
